Warranty, Returns, and Delivery Policy
All Sandia Computers systems are custom built to order based on your exact specifications. Because each system is built specifically for you it cannot be resold once completed.
Build and Delivery Times
Most systems ship within 1 to 2 weeks depending on parts availability and current build queue
Every order includes
• Parts sourcing based on your configuration
• Assembly installation and testing after all parts arrive typically 3 to 4 business days
• Shipping based on the method selected at checkout
All timelines are estimates only not guarantees
Build times may change due to parts availability workload or verification requirements
Weekends and holidays are not included
Shipping Policy
• All systems are fully insured and require signature upon delivery
• Tracking is provided once shipped
• Delivery speed depends on the carrier selected
Sandia Computers is not responsible for shipping delays once the system leaves our facility
Customer is responsible for proper packaging when returning any item
Sandia Computers is not liable for damage caused during return shipping
Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to
• Payment verification or billing issues
• Backordered or discontinued components
• High value transaction security checks
• Carrier delays or customs processing
Orders are not considered in production until payment is fully verified
Warranty and Returns
All systems include a 1 year limited parts warranty covering hardware defects only
Within 30 days of delivery
• We will repair replace or correct confirmed hardware defects
Returns are not guaranteed and are only approved at Sandia Computers discretion
If a return is approved
• 15 to 25 percent restocking fee applies
• All labor shipping and payment processing fees are non refundable
• System must be returned in original condition with no damage or modification
After 30 days
• No returns accepted
• Warranty service only applies to hardware defects
What Is Not Covered
• Software issues viruses or user caused problems
• Physical damage misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Compatibility issues after purchase
• Normal wear and tear
Order Changes and Cancellations
• Changes allowed before production begins
• After production begins minimum 150 dollar engineering fee
• After parts are ordered cancellations are subject to actual costs minimum 20 percent
All deposits and payments made toward custom builds are non refundable once parts are allocated
Repairs and Turnaround
• Typical repair time is 5 to 10 business days after diagnosis
• Delays may occur due to parts availability or manufacturer lead times
Data Responsibility
Customer is fully responsible for backing up all data before service or return
Sandia Computers is not responsible for data loss under any circumstance
Limitation of Liability
Liability is strictly limited to the cost of hardware components only
Sandia Computers is not responsible for
• Lost revenue
• Downtime
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention
By placing an order you
• Confirm you are the authorized payment holder
• Approve all charges
• Agree to all policies on this page
We reserve the right to
• Request ID verification
• Require signed authorization
• Cancel or refuse any order flagged as high risk
Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification is not completed
No Chargeback Agreement
By purchasing you agree not to initiate chargebacks for
• Custom built systems
• Delivered and accepted systems
• Delays outside our control including parts or shipping
• Issues covered under warranty
You agree to contact Sandia Computers first for resolution
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any dispute you agree to
• Contact Sandia Computers directly
• Allow reasonable time for resolution
• Follow warranty procedures
Failure to follow this process is a violation of this agreement
Order Tracking
• Order confirmation is sent after purchase
• Updates are provided during the build process
• Tracking number is sent once shipped
