Welcome to Sandia Computers. By accessing or using our IT services, computer repair, and custom build solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Sandia Computers offers IT support, computer repair, cybersecurity solutions, data recovery, hardware and software sales, and custom-built computers. Service availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All service fees are provided upfront in a quote or estimate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Custom-built computers require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • House calls have a base fee of $250, covering travel and the first hour of labor. Additional labor is billed at $100 per hour.

3. No Warranty on Repairs

While we strive to provide high-quality service, Sandia Computers does not guarantee that repairs will resolve all issues or that additional issues will not arise in the future. Customers acknowledge that computer repairs involve inherent risks, including potential data loss or hardware failure.

4. Warranty on Custom Builds

  • Custom-built computers come with a limited hardware warranty, as specified in the purchase agreement.

  • The warranty does not cover software issues, viruses, accidental damage, or third-party modifications.

5. Data Loss & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.

  • Sandia Computers is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure resulting from repairs, upgrades, or installations.

6. Cybersecurity & IT Support Services

  • Managed cybersecurity services require a contract outlining the terms of service.

  • While we implement best security practices, no system is 100% immune to cyber threats. Sandia Computers is not liable for data breaches or security incidents.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Custom-built systems and special-order hardware are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations of scheduled service appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sandia Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bernalillo County, NM.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
