I have bought two computers and a scanner from Sandia Computers. I’ve gotten great service there with problems that I had in the past. About two months ago I couldn’t figure out how to sync my new Canon scanner to my computer. Bobby worked with me remotely. The process wasn’t straight forward, but he figured it out and made sure it would work smoothly for me. I highly recommend Bobby and all the other people who work there. They will work until your computer problems are solved.

My husband & I recently purchased a new PC tower for our home desktop computer installation with Windows 11and Microsoft Office 2024 from Sandia Computers. We were very pleased with the data transfer from our 10-year-old computer as well as the training session for us with Matt & Bobby at Sandia. Per our desires, they setup our 2 user Windows accounts and our 3 Outlook accounts. They also setup a connection route to enable us to hookup our home printer as well as answered many of our questions.
Also compared to our initial visit, the sales office room has been greatly cleaned up & a customer's monitor setup so as to enable real time display of various of options and costs or the customer.
Hats off to Matt & Bobby!

I highly recommend Sandia Computers! The team is exceptional at what they do. I used their easy-to-navigate website to submit a help form, and I received a response on the same day. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided me with helpful suggestions right in the first email, all for free! They also mentioned that if those suggestions didn’t resolve my issue, or if I preferred assistance in person, they could help at one of their locations for very reasonable prices. This was by far the best experience I've had when trying to resolve a technical issue. In the future, Sandia Computers will be my number one choice, and I will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone facing problems with their PCs!

I recently took my HP Office Jet Pro Printer to Sandia Computers, after having unsuccessfully cleared up my printhead problem. As a person over 65 years old, my tech skills are prehistoric and I had to seek out some experts, so I went to Sandia Computers. I was not up to speed on the problems faced with printers and their printer heads. I spoke to Ian, the Tech on duty, and the office manager, Matt. Both men are very knowledgeable about their profession. I complied with the requirements for the work to take place on the printer. Unfortunately the printer head was beyond help, and a week later, I returned to pick up my handicapped printer. I want to thank both Ian and Matt for acknowledging my military service and for promoting the holiday spirit with their generosity as to the invoice for the attempt to fix the problem. Merry Christmas to All!

Today, Thursday, December 5, 2024 , I walked in desperately needing a mouse compatible for my kind of outdated Mac computer. In a nut shell an employee came out of the office and asked what my situation was and I went on to explain that I couldn’t wait for a specific mouse to be ordered as I am in a time crunch to turn in a paper for my college exam by tomorrow afternoon! He walked over to one of his computers where a compatible mouse was hooked up, disconnected it and selflessly, with the biggest heart , gave it to me. He said… Merry Christmas.
This gesture was so overwhelming and moving that I have not been able to stop flooding with tears of gratitude. No one does those kinds of random acts of kindness anymore. I just want to say thank you so much for making me believe again that there are good people around, just like you. You know who you are. I will never forget you.

Took my HP computer there August 5, and the problem was resolved. I needed a new battery, so I paid for it, and was told they would call me when it was in. I waited, and waited, called again after Labor Day, they said they would call me. NOW, it is SEPTEMBER 28.................no call, no word on the battery I was required to pay for IN ADVANCE! I am going by next week to get my money back and have someone else put a battery in my computer. So much for all the local-owned rah rah hype!!!

Originally bought computer and TV from the old shiester that used to own this store, TV was junk and computer had problems that old owner tried to ignore problems till he sold store. New owner has been great!!! Fixed old problems, and now I recently dropped my laptop, cracked screen unreadable...he transferred ALL my stuff to a new laptop, better than old one, at an excellent price...better than ordering online!!! ....and got it all setup ready to go for NO charge!!

My PC keyboard -- I had it 8-10 years -- went kaput. Bought a new one at Sandia and when I went to use it I found not all the letters and numbers worked. Took that one back to Sandia. Matt upgraded my keyboard purchase to a Dell that works fine. No extra charge! Matt and Sandia get my 5 stars!

I recently had my three year old Dell laptop with a broken hinge evaluated by Sandia Computers. Much to my surprise I was informed that it could be repaired in a timely manner.
