I just bought my 5th custom built computer from Stu and the guys at Sandia. This one is for my son going off to college. In 10 years of doing business with them, I can only remember 1 problem with any of my computers, and it was a virus my wife downloaded. Which they fixed for me without losing any of the data on the drive. We use Dell's at the office, with nothing but problems and headaches. Sure wish they would go to Sandia from now on. Thanks, guys for always being there for me.

Tune-up Special
We have one of most unbeatable values found in any computer service department in New Mexico, a flat fee tune-up special. $150.00 includes:
- Virus and spyware removal
- Updates and service packs installed
- Review of your hardware currently installed and recommendations to make your system run faster and more reliably
- Remove hijacked registry settings
- Eliminate all unnecessary background programs
- Uninstall malicious programs
- Clean out case (dust accumulation)
- Clean case wiring
- Check fans
- Remove temporary Internet files
- Remove cookies
- Update Windows
- Check hard drive for bad sectors
- Install QuickTime, Flash, Shockwave, and Adobe Reader
- Defragment the boot drive
- Install newly purchased anti-virus software
- Advise of any necessary hardware upgrades
- Advise of any software upgrades
- Create a fresh Windows restore point (Windows XP only)
Please Note:
If operating system corruption requires a repair, an additional half-hour of labor will be added to the cost of the tune-up.
The Tune-Up Special is designed to improve the performance of a typical working computer. A tune-up is not necessary a remedy for serious operating system problems such as blue screens, rebooting, or non-operational programs. These issues are to be addressed separately at $75 an hour.
